Stability The consistency of a system’s measurements over time. A stable system has minimal variations in output over extended periods. Drift The gradual change in a measurement system's output over time, unrelated to the input signal. Calibration Curve A plot showing the relationship between the input (true values) and the output (measured values) of a system. Used for calibration to improve accuracy. Sensitivity The ratio of a system's output change to its input change. Higher sensitivity indicates the system responds significantly to small inputs. Linearity The extent to which the output of a system is directly proportional to the input across its operating range. Nonlinear systems deviate from this proportionality. Hysteresis
