Declare Property as Surplus
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The below listed bicycles came into the police department’s possession during the course of regular
patrol activities and most, if not all were abandoned. The City has no use for these items thus pursuant to
State Statute and City Code the items need to be declared surplus and sold at public auction. The police
department is currently planning to auction these items on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.
