The system must be user friendly and it should be graphical user interface The system should be able to accommodate users at different physical location The process of classroom and exam scheduling must take short time The system must be compatible to satisfy users The system must be secure.
This study aims to design an automated class scheduling system and test its functionality in terms of speed, accuracy, data handling, security, stability and adaptability in making class schedules. This study was conducted in Ethiopia high school. Specific of objective
