In order to finish the task given done, first, assigning roles within the group. In this group task, the leader assigned distinct roles within the group: one member is responsible for initiating communication and sustaining it with the rest of the group, another will organize meetings, since this group has members in different section with different set of time schedule, that member will be the one coordinating the schedules. Second, is by assessing the nature and difficulty of the task to ensure that the distribution of the task is equally given. After assessing, the tasks are being broken down into steps. After everything is done, next is planning the strategy by conceptualizing and generating ideas to create output to be creative, entertaining, and educational at the same time. To ensure the cooperation of all, each member is given equal amount of task to be completed and submit to the leader for corrections or revisions.
