Conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA) that takes into accountinput from a broad range of interests in the community every 3 years• Adopt an implementation strategy to address significant health needs identifiedthrough CHNA

-^ UC hospitals are developing strategies to address highestpriority health needs identified in 2019 CHNAs•^ Top health needs and each UC hospital’s programs, resourcesand collaborations committed to address those needs follow
