and technologies.[1]^ These applications of the field are studied in psychology, sociology, anthropology, political science, epidemiology, education, social work, leadership studies, business and managerial studies, as well as communication studies. 2 Why Having Good Team Dynamics Is Important 2.1 Good Team Dynamics : Improving team dynamics is worth the time and effort needed, bringing quite a few benefits to a company’s operation. It might seem to some that a team works together by definition, but the characteristics of poor team dynamics are clearly avoidable:  Weak Leadership – leads to a lack of direction, a focus on the wrong priorities.  Deference to Authority – members agree with leaders and don’t share own opinions.  Blocking – members disrupt, characters like The Aggressor (outspoken), The Negator (criticises ideas) and The Joker (inappropriately humourous).  Groupthink – seeks consensus and doesn’t explore alternatives.  Freeriding – some members leave colleagues to do the work.  Evaluation Apprehension – members feel they’re being judged by others. 2.2 Negative Team Dynamics :  Overbearing participants: Senior people or the area experts on the team dominate the conversation and do not allow the discussion in their area of expertise.

 Dominant participants: If one individual in the group takes charge of the discussion, this could also be a sign that the group dynamic is unhealthy.  Reluctant participants: People who don’t want to participate in the discussion at all. This is often a sign that the group doesn’t like working together.  Unquestioned acceptance of opinions as facts: When someone makes statements without questioning them, they are assuming that these statements are factual. However, if everyone accepts them as fact, this could be a sign that the team is unwilling to challenge what they believe to be true.  Group thinking: A group thinks collectively, so others will follow suit if one person says something. They might say things such as “I agree with him/her” or “That’s my opinion too.”  Feuding: Feud is a prolonged and bitter quarrel or dispute between two or more team members, leading to heated discussions in the meeting.  Floundering: Flounder means to move around aimlessly or randomly. In a floundering team, no one knows where to go next. This is the problem teams face during starting and ending the project. In summary, the team leader should identify any of these negative team dynamics in the team working and take necessary action. 3 In my Group The members who will accompany me are Hao , Cuong , Nhat , Binh. They will work together to find information, give suggestions, fix bugs, etc. As the group leader, I definitely want to make my team active, dynamic, and achieve their goals. But for this, they need to know better what a positive and dynamic team is. So here are the ways I often spread the word to my team members:

P7 Discuss the importance of CPD and its contribution to own

learning

1 What is CPD? Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the process of developing professional skills and knowledge through interactive, participation-based or independent learning. It enables learners to proactively develop their professional capabilities through certified learning or self-guided learning methods. It involves setting objectives for short and long-term progression with a structured and goal-specific plan. People engaging in CPD need to keep records of any knowledge attained and progress made for the purpose of reflecting on their learning and for showcasing skills, and sometimes as evidence of having undertaken CPD. Development should build on technical and non-technical skills, so learners gain the expertise and understanding required to approach professional situations from various angles. 2 Why is CPD Important? Many professions have set requirements for ongoing CPD, where it is necessary for individuals to prove they are capable of adhering to current essential standards – such as legal, medical, and accounting roles. But beyond that, CPD helps people retain a consistent set of high quality, relevant skills and knowledge throughout their professional life. The best part is that CPD puts learners in a favourable position to demonstrate new knowledge, work to impressive standards, and progress in their career. 3 CPD contribution to own learning CPD in my learning Structured CPD – Active learning Structured CPD adopts an interactive approach underpinned by participatory learning. The method's integral activities are training courses, workshops, conferences, seminars, lectures, and e-learning courses. Structured CPD also covers career orientated assessments and exams. Bear in mind, however, that the study and revision for these exams are regarded as self-directed learning (see Self-Directed CPD section below).

Reflective CPD – Passive Learning Reflective CPD is one-directional and passive, and there is no participant-based interaction involved. Examples include reading relevant news articles, case studies, and industry updates, as well as listening to podcasts. Some informal meetings fall into the Reflective CPD bracket, so long as their learning objectives are specified in an individual's overall CPD plan. Self-Directed CPD – Unstructured Learning Self-directed learning constitutes all unsupervised CPD activities, including reading articles and publications, either online or in print. Unstructured learning material includes peer-reviewed books and studies, industry journals, trade magazines, and industry-specific news feeds.

P8 Produce a development plan that outlines responsibilities,

performance objectives and required skills, knowledge and

learning for own future goals.

1 Setting goals 1.1 Short term goals  Speaking english more fluently  Confident when presentation  Develop time manage skill 1.2 Long term goals  Develop communication skill  Become a good leader  Analysis and solving problem easier 2 Three skills needs Problem solving skill : Problem identifiers are the people who always complain but are not willing to become a part of the solution. Planing and Organizing : Keep your thought process organized, be clear when trying to convey your thoughts Presentation skill : Being able to present yourself, your skills, your ideas and your work in the right light saves you time and efforts

6 My responsibility towards myself, family and society in CDP  For my own responsibility is to always learn from every mistake and not repeat it. Always strive hard to become a better person  My responsibility towards my family: Bring laughter, happiness in the family, fulfill their dreams and expectations of me.  Responsibility towards society : Become a good person , obey the law , do not do illegal activities .Then comes responsibilities like to look after the problems faced by our society and help to solve it and to perform my humanitarian duties towards society.

A. Conclusion

Dynamics team is very necessary for a group of people to have the ability to develop and exchange their knowledge with everyone, thereby resulting in better work efficiency. The best part is that CPD puts learners in a favourable position to demonstrate new knowledge, work to impressive standards, and progress in their career. And finally, self-assessment is very important for personal development. It helps us to point out our strengths and weaknesses so that we can develop our strengths or improve our weaknesses. Set short-term and long-term goals to strive for a better future

B. CRITICAL EVALUATION

a) Your strengths and weaknesses when you did the assignment. Strengths  Good communicator  Team player  Time management abilities  Conflict resolution  Ability to perform under pressure Weakness  • Wanting to control too many aspects of a situation  Procrastination  Inability to self-regulate, leading to burnout  Disorganised  Impatient b) How to improve your weaknesses I’m still working to create accurate timelines that I can easily follow, but I am heartened because I’ve found that it actually puts me at ease to work with a schedule. And to improve my impatience I'll

Using coping statements or mantras that promote patience and a sense of calm. This includes mantras like “ breathe ,” “ I can stand this ,” “ patience ,” “ this too shall pass .” Accepting imperfection. Some things are just out of your control. Nobody’s perfect, including yourself. Remind yourself that your impatience rarely gets others to move faster or do better. c) Your grade that you think you deserve (P, M, D). In order for me to evaluate my own score in the assignment, I think I only got a P because I think the capital and the sentences are not well connected, making it difficult for the reader to understand.
