Explain why requirements management is vital to the success of information systems development (ISD) projects 10 Marks b. Describe how “agile” approaches to ISD, such as extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum, control the risk of changing business requirements. In your answer, you should compare the “agile” approach with that of the traditional “waterfall” model of information systems development. 15 Marks Question 6 “Information is a vital asset … without accurate, timely, readily available information, people cannot make informed decisions.” a.
