Weightage:

1 st^ Hourly : 15% 2 nd^ Hourly : 15% Quizzes : 15% Assignment : 05% Final Test : 50%

Grading Policy:

Quiz Policy: The quizzes will be unannounced and normally last for 10 minutes. The question framed is to test the concepts involved in the last lecture. It will be instructor’s will to choose the number of quizzes for evaluation purpose.

Conduct of Labs: The lab will be conducted for three hours on every Tuesday (10 am ~ 12:50 pm). A lab handout will be given in advance for study and analysis and will be put in lecture note folder. The students are to submit their results by giving the lab report at the end of the lab. The lab reports will be evaluated. One lab report per group will be required. However the individual evaluation will be done by oral viva during the lab.

Assignment: In order to give practice and comprehensive understanding of subject, home assignments will be given. The students are advised to do the assignment themselves. Copying of assignment is highly discouraged and taken as cheating case and will be forwarded for disciplinary action. The questions in assignment are more challenging to give students the confidence and extensive knowledge about the subject and enable them to prepare for the exam.

Tools / Software requirements: Auto CAD is required for the practical work in the computer lab. The system administration should install all the software in the lab allocated for this purpose.
