Application deadline Monday, April 26th NO EXCEPTIONS! 2. Student must submit high school TRANSCRIPT along with application 3. Cover letter listing scholarships and application guideline 4. Student must write a 300 word essay “Why would a college education be important? 5. The WINNER of awards must be present at scholarship ceremony to receive award. If winner cannot be present a PARENT OR GUARDIAN may accept the award on behalf of student. If no one is present, award will be FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTIONS! 6. Student may also attend a vocational school or trade school 7. Student has one year to use scholarship/award 8. All applications are judged in 5 areas: -Scholastic performance -Extracurricular activities/school leadership/community involvement -Essay of 300 words -Letter(s) of recommendation by school counselor or teacher -*Rev.
