Empowering students with a

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Data Science and Applications by IIT Madras This online degree program operates independently and SST students can apply to and pursue this degree concurrently with Scaler School of Technology's residential undergraduate programme. It's important to note that the IIT Madras degree is awarded separately, and admission to the degree program is solely at the discretion of IIT Madras. Students must meet all requirements set by IIT Madras to earn this degree. Recognition and Value of this Degree The BS in Data Science and Applications, offered by IIT Madras, is an official degree approved by the Senate of IIT Madras, which has the power to award degrees as per The Institutes of Technology Act, 1961. Hence, this degree would meet the requirement of any study or job that accepts a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.

**BITS Pinani This online degree programme runs independently and SST students can pursue this degree concurrently with the Scaler School of Technology's residential undergraduate programme. It's important to note that the BITS Pilani degree is awarded separately, and admission to the degree programme is solely at the discretion of BITS Pilani. Regulation 22 of the UGC (Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes), Regulations 2020, all degrees awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode and/or Online mode by Indian Higher Educational Institutions, recognised by UGC, are treated as equivalent to the corresponding awards of the degrees/diplomas offered through conventional mode. Students will have to complete all requirements as set by BITS Pilani for the grant of the degree in the BITS Degree Programme. This degree is endorsed by the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), a widely recognised accreditation system accepted by universities & organisations in the US, Europe, Canada, and numerous other countries, however, Woolf being a foreign institute is not recognised by UGC/AICTE.

Meets eligibility criteria to apply for further studies programmes abroad, including MS, MBA etc.
