Current affairs programs are the type of broadcast journalism where the emphasis is on the analy
sis,
exploration and discussion of news stories that have been ongoing at the time of broadcast.
Producing
a current affair program on Television is multipart activity; it requires skills, concept, planning and
people.
Suppose you are a program producer o
f news channel. By using the basic concept and ingredients of
TV production you are required to present a proposal of program which would cover the current issue
of “Contempt Case against Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani”. The mandatory ingredients for t
