The customer details include customer id, name, address, etc. The product
details include product id, name, and unit of measure, MRP. The stock entry
includes the product id, quantity of stock.
The customer requisition details include the customer id, request id,
requisition date, product id, product name, quantity needed, rate per unit, and issue
phase, and phase issue date of each phase.
The invoice details include the request id, issue phase, issue date, amount of
bill. All these information are stored and maintained to manage the customer
relationship.
The views and reports describe the customized view of information in the
respective way.

1.2 ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project entitled “ Customer Relationship Management System ” deals with maintains the relationship with the customer. The project contains 2 main modules are

  1. Master.
  2. Transaction. The Master module deals with maintain the information about the customer, Product, and Stock Entry. The customer information contains id, Name, Address, Phone no. the product details contains id, product name, unit of measure and MRP. The stock entry contains product id, and stock quantity, date of entry. All these master details help to do the transaction of this Customer Relationship Management System. The following Transactions are made in the customer management system. The customer requisition details contain request id, customer id, requisition date, product id, name, quantity, rate, Issue Phase and Issue date. The customer has to order to the organization to want some products. This order has to enter using this module. During the request, the stock level of the customer’s product request is identified and If the level of the product is very low, then the remaining stock is entered as second phase. During this time, second phase issue date is identified and entered.
