CHAPTER 1: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The internship report shall have only a one-page executive summary. It shall include five or more Learning Objectives and Outcomes achieved, a brief description of the sector of business and intern organization, and a summary of all the activities done by the intern during the period. Description of the sector of business & intern organization: ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd is a global leader in upskilling solutions, offering a wide range of professional certification courses and hands-on training programs in emerging technologies. The company specializes in areas like Data Science, Full Stack Development, Web Development using Django, Digital Marketing, and Cloud Computing. As a forward-thinking edtech organization, ExcelR offers internship opportunities designed to provide real-time industry exposure to students and early professionals. Through structured learning modules, project-based work, and mentorship from domain experts, interns develop practical skills and enhance their readiness for the job market. Summary of all the activities: 🔹 Software Department (Data Science /Machine Learning): Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure enable efficient data processing and deployment. Automated ML and big data technologies like Spark accelerate analytics on large datasets. B. Vision, Mission and Values of the Organization Organization Vision To become a globally acclaimed educational and upskilling services company. Organization Mission Delivery of valuable and genuine learning services to individuals. ExcelR aims to provide access to top-notch education and skill-based training programs such as Web Development using Django for learners in urban and rural areas. The organization strives to empower professionals, students, and job seekers through quality education and to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements. C. Policy of the Organization, in Relation with the Intern Role Operational Flow Model of Internship Programme ● The organization appoints one student as a project manager through the college representative's referral. ● A WhatsApp group and Google Sheet are created with the names of the college, college representative, and project manager for interns. ● Students complete a registration form for the internship. ● An ID is created for the project manager to monitor progress and coordination. ● ExcelR provides access to online learning platforms and tools (such as GitHub, Google Colab, Django Server) using student credentials. ● The project manager tracks team members’ learning activities, project progress, and submissions. ● Interns participate in daily stand-up meetings and submit daily reports via Google Sheets. ● Each intern is expected to: o Complete assigned Django-based mini-projects. o Participate in group coding sessions and mentorship discussions. o Attend regular training sessions on Django, databases, deployment, and version control. ● Interns can consult the technical support team for doubt clarification. ● Interns are encouraged to present their work, peer-review others’ code, and contribute to collaborative Git repositories. ● Final project must include: o A Django-based full-stack application o Deployment using platforms like Heroku or PythonAnywhere o Database integration with PostgreSQL or SQLite ● Project managers consolidate project summaries and submit them at the end of the internship.

● All communication and updates are shared in the official ExcelR internship WhatsApp group and email. C. Policy of the Organization, in relation with the intern role (continued from the previous section) ● Intern (Care taker) can submit the weekly activities documentation to the college representative and ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd through mail. ● Intern (Care taker) must enroll a minimum of five hundred members and close at least one hundred paid memberships for long-term internships. For long-term internships, a minimum of two hundred paid memberships should be closed by the end of the program. ● Intern (Care taker) is eligible to receive a stipend and internship certificate : o Long-term internship: ₹/- o Long-term internship: ₹/- ● After reaching the membership target, interns can earn 10% commission on every paid membership. ● Upon successful completion of the internship, interns are eligible to get a permanent agent code at ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd , which provides 20% commission on every paid membership. ● All interns will be issued an official Internship Certificate. ● Only those interns who meet the minimum target are eligible for stipend and agent code. ● Capable interns (Care takers) may be absorbed by ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd as promoters (on-role salaried employees) with a basic pay of ₹/- per month. ● At the end of the internship, ExcelR will submit internship certificates and project documentation to the college representative.

E. Roles and responsibilities of the employees in which the intern is placed ● Software development department roles included developing web pages, web applications using Django, performing manual testing, automation testing, server and database management. ● Technical team was responsible for managing student portals, user registration systems, login authentication, dashboard features, and support integration. ● Internal operations department followed up with learners and handled student data entry, regular course progress updates, and scheduling. ● Marketing department engaged in outreach to prospective learners via digital platforms, educational institutions, and corporate clients in urban and semi-urban areas. ● Every employee was accountable for their assigned responsibilities to ensure smooth training delivery, user engagement, and customer satisfaction. F. Performance of the Organization in terms of turnover, profits, market reach and market value ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd has shown significant growth in the online and offline education space by delivering skill-based training programs across various domains. Description of the Activities/Responsibilities in the Intern Organization during the Internship, which shall include details of working conditions, weekly work schedule, equipment used, and tasks performed. This part could end by reflecting on what kind of skills the intern acquired. Activities & Responsibilities (executive intern have to write) During the long-term Internship I worked as executive intern. As a part of my duty I have to provide online health IDs for public by enrolling them as member. I have to explain benefits with paid membership to the enrolled member. I have to gather details of my friends, family members, neighbors, relatives and common public to provide free online health ID. I have to update the paid member personal profile, health profile, family health history and vaccination details. I have to upload the old medical reports of member. I have to attach the family members of paid member to provide digital health cards for them. I have to submit the permanent health card to paid member provided by organization. Activities & Responsibilities (project manager have to write) During the Long - term internship I worked as intern project manager. As per my role I have a authority to enroll care taker under my team. I am the responsible for my team work. I have to guide and support my team. As a part of my duty I have to provide online health IDs for public by enrolling them as member. I have to explain benefits with paid membership to the enrolled member. I have to gather details of my friends, family members, neighbours, relatives and common public to provide free online health ID. I have to update the paid member personal profile, health profile, family health history and vaccination details. I have to upload the old medical reports of member.
