The N&N organization has setup a rent a car project and you are hired as
analyst for this project. The rent a car deals with renting the cars to the
customers. The organization offers wide range of cars to its customers like:
Toyota yaris, prius, land cruiser, fortuner, Audi A Series, Kia Sportage, Glory
and many more. The organization has got few cars from the banks on lease. The
bank leases the cars to the organization. The organization keeps bank ID, name,
branch name and address as a record. The organization pays installments for
every car leased from the bank and records installment ID, due date, payment
date, amount paid, and bank in which it was paid. There can be many cars on
different lease policies and bank can give many cars as a lease but a car may
belong to only one bank. There are different employees in the organization that
comes under management hierarchy. The CEO and sweepers are top most and
lower most designations respectively. The organization keeps employee name,
address, date of birth, cnic no., designation, and three phone numbers in which
office, mobile and residential number is kept. Only the registered Customers
having customer id are given the cars on rent. The customer gives the name,
address, cnic no, DoB in which day, month and year to calculate age to the
organization for the registration. The customer must also give one and only one
reference form already existing customers where as two different customers
may refer same customer. After registration, the employee gives car on rent to
the customer. The employee records rent id, date on which the car was rented
and enters date of return upon the return of the car. Employee id is
automatically recorded in this transaction. One customer can have more than
one car on rent similarly a car can be rented to more than one customer through
many employees. The organization keeps car reg no, maker, model name, year
of manufacturing, and last annual token date as record.
