Respected Madam,
It is stated that I “Fatima Tariq” am a PhD scholar from Department of Environmental
Sciences had successfully defended my PhD Viva voce on April 23, 2019 and submitted the
hard copies on April 26, 2019. I have also fulfilled all degree requirements and attended the
convocation 2018. It is being nearly three months and still I did not receive my notification. I
need to register for PhD Country Directory to apply for IPFP that is also a time taking
process. It is, therefore, requested to kindly issue me PhD notification and award the PhD
degree.
I hope you will understand and cooperate with me in issuance of above-mentioned
documents.
