Project Summary (less than 200 words) CS Department Management System is a smart, flexible, and affordable solution that covers all aspects of the CS Department workflow which we had used to perform manually. CS Department Management System includes many advance feature like; Student’s 360 degree information, CSDMS is to manage the details of department ,Course, Batch, Session, Exam, Student’s Transcript, progress Report, Department staff management, and incorporate all the process with a user-friendly interface. Taking care of summary must be less than 200 words these were the crucial functionalities. Beside these there may be some other feature to use. E. Project Objectives: The main objective of this system is to maintain the data of the students and teachers in database. It maintains the personal record as well as the academic record of the student. CSDMS also manage class record, subject record, examination record. Reports are the most important outputs of CS department management system. CSDMS create the following reports. Student Progress report, Detail Marks Certificate/Transcript, Examination report, Result, Award list etc.

The important thing is that the system is Robust; there will be feature of user accounts to control the access and maintain security. Avoid malfunction from outsiders. Benefits of the project Computer Science Department management system deal with all kind of student details, Academic related reports, course details, Batch details, Batch details etc. It tracks all details of a student from day one to the end of his course which can be used for reporting purpose, progress in the course, complete semester years, coming semester details, exam details, and all of these will be available for further references too. The department management system is automated version of manual department management system. It can handle all details about a student, student personnel details, academic details, exam details etc…
