  • Conveys Message Effectively: The verbal communication of information makes it easier for others to perceive it.
  • Verbal communication helps individuals get a quick response. Motivational verbal feedback enhances work productivity and individuals stay inspired throughout the process.
  • Disadvantages:
  • Difficult to understand long information: When communicating orally, listeners will perceive information easily if it has short content, conveying too long information verbally will make it difficult for listeners to understand. perceived and less effective.

  • As a manager of a software development company, it is necessary to have good communication skills so that new employees feel good about their behavior in communication and understand what they are saying and especially the words need to be clear so that they can listen and grasp about the training event create, and here are some ways to communicate and apply the communication styles and formats outlined above:
