The system is designed for hotel authorities and customers, using java gui for the frontend and jdk 15.0.2 and eclipse 4.19.0 for the backend.

Hotel Management System
Description:
This project which is mainly made for management of a hotel. The project Hotel Management System manages and maintains the records of employees, customers, bookings, rooms and checkouts. The rooms have two different categories such as Normal and Deluxe. There is also an option for self-booking for the customers. This software has been made in a friendly interface, so that any authorized person can modify or operate the features of this project.
Motives:
Our main target user the hotel authority. The customers will also be able to use this project through the hotel authority.

Features Description:
Our very first feature of the project is Employee Management. This feature is entirely dedicated for the hotel authority. The hotel authority will be able to insert an employee, view the list of employees, search and delete employees through accessing this feature. Our second feature is Customer Management , which is also dedicated for the hotel authority. The hotel authority will be able to input customers’ information, view all customers data, search and delete any customers history. Our third feature is Booking, which is customized for consumers’ services. The consumers can view the availability and cost and also will be able to book the room/rooms of their preferences.
