Company Profile: The name of our E-Commerce business is to be “TechSmart”. We are four friends has started this online business which website link named www.techsmart.com. Every member invest equal amount of money and profit/loss is also shared equally within us. Our business product is mainly male Shirt, Pants, T-Shirt. Our E-Commerce business is under Business to Consumer (B2C) model. In this E-Commerce business we invested ten lack taka as our primary capital. Right now we are focusing whole country for selling and delivering products but very soon we will be expanded in international level. Here we are offering our customers various types of quality product. We have built our E-Commerce site for our business and actively we are corresponding with customers through it and developing the site day by day. Product Offerings: It’s a web based and also social network based online shop where everyone can place their order in our webpage and we provide our product and our best quality service to their doorstep. Customer can check our product albums and check our seasonal offerings and discounted prices and order whatever they want from our product albums and place your order.  Website : www.techsmart.com  Physical Store: We do not have any store right now as we are doing E-Commerce business but customers can order or contact us for any details with message on our Face book page or call this number 01717929382 Service Offerings: We are mainly giving home delivery service. Customers order their required product through online page or call and we are promised them to give their ordered product within 24 hours. As we are four members running this E-Commerce business, so sometimes for nearly places we deliver our products by ourselves. And in other cases we use delivery man to deliver the product.

Costing: Actually we make budget for each quarter. It is very crucial part for us because we need to determine seasonal variation. Each quarter demand and supply vary from each others. It is more important to synchronize between demand and supply for each season. Here we show our previous quarter cost amount.

Revenue Model: Revenue model is a description of how a business will earn income, produced profits and generate a higher than average return on investment. It is a framework for generating revenues and a key component of a business model. It primarily identifies what product or service will be created in order to generate revenues and the ways in which the product or service will be sold. E-commerce revenue models are used to generate income online and include product and information online advertising, subscription services, transaction fees, sales and affiliate marketing to generate income. We follow sales revenue model for our business. Sales Revenue model: Basically we follow Business-to-Consumer (B2C) model. B2C means we are purchasing products from suppliers from low price and selling it directly to consumers in high price than purchasing price. So we only generate revenue from sales revenue model. Here sales revenue model refers that earning money by selling goods and services. Our revenue comes from various types of items to all the customers primarily in Dhaka and that are our key source of revenue. For selling each and every product we earn revenue. We have online business page albums in our Facebook webpage and social media advertisement. Through social media advertisement we get more popularity and more customers and can increase our sales revenue. Market Opportunity: Market opportunity means a market situation in which a company can meet an unsatisfied customer need before its competitors. It also refers sizing forecast for a specific product or service, now and over the next several years. We have research the segments about the customer needs and demands to make a decision about their preferences. Customers are leading very busy life nowadays that is why they choose and feels comfort through shopping e-commerce site. From buying e-commerce site; customers are able to save their time, energy and transportation money. The usage of e-commerce market in Bangladesh could grow day by day up to the next some years. This popularity of online shopping makes us encourage opening e-commerce business.

  1. Targeted Market: Our targeted market segment is for young generation male and most of our products are mainly for their daily life and their fashion life. 2. Size of the Market: The growing popularity of online shopping highlights its huge potential market in coming years. We target a large group of young generation all over the country. 3. Capacity: Consumer can find a large variety of shirts, pants, T-shirt through our website which they might not find in the stores sometimes. We started our online business with one product category line because our investment size is small. Competitive Environment: A competitive environment is the dynamic external system in which a business competes and functions. The more sellers of a similar product or service, the more competitive the environment in which you compete. Our Business is more competitive now a day.
  2. Direct Competitors: Online businesses like us are more competitive in nature. There is already established online B2C companies are available. In our business prospect threat of new entrants is high. Because it is the growing sector in our country and anyone can start this type of business by following just some steps. Entry barriers are not too much.
  3. Indirect Competitors: In addition to direct competitors, our businesses also face competition from providers of dissimilar market or services. Traditional Businesses are also a huge competitor for us though we sell in online.
  4. Customers: Customers are more knowledgeable and powerful due to social media. Some dishonest businessman sale low quality or take some fraudulent step that create overall bad impression in our industry. This situation is more challenging for us to overcome.
  5. Suppliers: Sometimes suppliers’ charges higher price for our required products without any notice. Suppliers also discourage small deals. E-commerce business requires a lot of diversified suppliers because of design but we have shortage on suppliers.

  1. By online advertising: Now a day for technological advancement almost all the people of the world are using advance device which give them access to internet. Here we will use XML type of website to attract our customer. First of all, we will create a Facebook page which will be our main online shop available for order. Here we will create an attractive display of our products and pay some money to Facebook authority so that they suggest our page to their social media in our region. Later on we will hire software engineers and create our own XML user friendly page and pay money to google to show our page in first page which will be our future plan.
  2. By posters and banners: We introduced advertisement outside of the devices. We will create an attractive poster and banner then we will hang in different place of the country. In these posters and banners there will be address of our Facebook page where they can order their desired product.
  3. Manpower: We will hire some rally groups who will wear a T-shirt on which our page name will be written. They will just rally in different points of the country when we will choose the date and time to do it. Also there will be some pupil in the street who will show the sample of our product to customers and suggest them to buy from our page.
  4. Television Advertisement: Television advertisement is necessary now a day as competition is getting higher so we also choose to attract our product through television advertisement. We will pay some money to add firms to show our product in an attractive way and also show them our page links where they can buy our products.
  1. Special offers: We are planning to provide special offers to our customers in festival times. We will send information about special offers through sms and the mediums we use to reach the customers.
  2. Through Sms : Now a day almost every person in our country use mobile phones so we are using this medium to attract our customer against competitors. We will link and pay money to a mobile operator company and send information, advertisement and special offers about our product and facebook page through sms. Organizational development: Organizational structure is a structure where we implement business plan to achieve the desired goal of the business. To implement business plan there must be organizational structure. So we will distribute the business tasks department wise to the employees such as marketing department, Human resource department, Account and finance department etc. We have to hire employees according to the task needed for the business and divide their task according to their ability of work. So that’s why we need to create departments to perform the appropriate task. We created organizational structure plan for our business which is given below: According to the chart we divided our work into 3 departments
  3. Marketing department: All the sales and promotion related activities will be done by this department. They will only focus on marketing strategies that how they will attract customer to our product.
  4. Accounting and finance department: They will always focus on budgeting, bookkeeping, and secure customers’ accounts and also suppliers account. They will also show profit and loss account to us so that we get ensured that the organization is achieving its goal.

Moreover, we planned to create a working environment where no discrimination will be tolerated and punish workers who will break the rules. We will compensate employees according to their position of work and make sure that they have job satisfaction. There will be a bonus system for motivating employees and also a promotion system according his/her performance. Regarding managing a team we need one inspector in every department who will report to the board of directors about employees and also manager’s feedback so that we can understand that the organization is moving toward the right direction and also we will know that if there any scope to expand the organization, expand capital and profit margin. Conclusion: The concept of e-commerce is new in Bangladesh. Now-a-day’s mobile companies providing 3G to 4G internet service so internet using has increased rapidly day by day. Using E- commerce business model eight key factors appropriately in our business TechSmart can sales much product and earn revenue and make our business more familiar from our competitors. We should create more empathize on key elements of business model to reach our goal in our business. So our business will increase more profit. We will increase our investment gradually so that it can be large. In future, TechSmart will be one of the best and largest online fashion shops hopefully.
