Summarize the contents of the articles. The first article was all about the 10 Things your team wants to tell you about your Project Management Process, but won’t. A unique Project Management process is essential for ensuring your projects run successful but sometimes as project managers, there are categories we could work to enhanced the process, but we’re unaware of them and doesn’t seem to saw it in its own way so our teams are too afraid to tell us because they don’t want to interfere. The second article was all about Institutional knowledge that fuels project success. The first one is the “The new world of institutional knowledge”. This is the wisdom of the company that helps improve over time. Under this they have the chart on how institutional knowledge fuels project success. To make it short, you’ll just to have the background first to your institution in order to succeed on whatever you working out on your project.
The Third article was all about the difference between remotely work and on site working. Basically the article talks about a conversation between the leaders of the company, Slack. Asking some questions about the ways of the team were working in office before the pandemic, questioning about the difference of the productivity on site versus work from home, recruiting new employees that will acquire the same positivity and productivity, Advice to lead in this kind of pandemic, and what are the cultures that we lost and preserved.
4. How can software assist in project communications? I think software assisted project communications by linking it to their respective works. They have multiple features that an employee can apply to their projects or their works. Like Blogs and Message categories that helps them to communicate with other co-workers and fuel their project by learning on it. In other software, there are multiple features that directly connect to their systems that signal a message that they can work on. 5. How can software affect project communications negatively? I think the one thing that the software affect project communications negatively is when they use it abusively. Human Knowledge is still intact and nothing will replace that. Software like this can turn our capabilities unreliable and it will just end up leaning on this Software. You see, today’s generation has a possible to build not just a software but an A.I. or artificial intelligence that same as the IQ level of a Human or farther more. 6. Which software product seems to be the most effective among the three? Explain. They are all effective software. But if I would pick one, I’ll go for Slack. Slack categorized their features, especially their articles. Combination for school works, leading a company, topic in your workplace, Self-improving, and even on your Project communications. This is effective in a way they can help all people inside and outside the business. Highlighting the Project communication, Slack is not just an app, it’s also a workplace where there are employees that will assist you when you lost your track within.
