People migrate to other countries to lead better lives. Many skilled laborers are not paid the salaries they deserve. In many countries, there are limited opportunities for professional and skilled individuals. Their native country does not provide suitable job positions that meet their qualifications and basic expectations. As a result, people gradually migrate to different countries in search of better career prospects. Nowadays, countries like Korea, Canada, and the UK invite skilled professionals.
Moreover, migrants gain exposure to new experiences and opportunities. If we work abroad, we interact with numerous people from different cultures and traditions. This helps us adapt to different environments and broadens our perspectives.
Furthermore, Koreans demonstrate a high level of dedication and hard work. They spend most of their time working rather than being idle. Their determination and high standard of living attract more people to migrate to that country. In addition, these countries provide better
salaries. Although many people migrate to foreign countries, most still prefer to work in their hometown. However, working in their hometown may not enhance new opportunities in their profession. For example, many skilled workers become unemployed due to certain natural calamities. At that point, they are compelled to migrate to another country in search of a new job.
If an individual is highly skilled and professional, they can work effectively and demonstrate their abilities in the workplace. Unemployment is a major crisis that affects an individual's future. It is necessary to appreciate the work of skilled people, as they can increase a company’s turnover rate. Meanwhile, people aspire to become more independent; thus, they choose to work in other countries.
In conclusion, skilled workers are motivated when they are treated well and valued by others. If they do not receive a respectable status in their workplace, they migrate to their desired destinations, where they feel valued and appreciated.
