    • Going over your allotted
    • Lack of eye contact: don’t look at audiences or avoiding eye contact during presentations make you look dodgy and untrustworthy.
    • Reading the presentation slides
    • Technical difficulties: prepare carefully before presentation to avoid incidents Main point 3: How to avoid it?
    • Keep rehearsing your presentation to make sure you are ready with your presentation.
    • Making eye contact: Eye contact helps you build connections with your audience.

  • Definition: A coffee is a dark brown powder with a strong flavor and smell that is made by crushing dark beans from a tropical bush and used to make a drink.
  • Types of coffee drink: black, latte, cappuccino, Americano, espresso, macchiato, mocha,… Main point 2: Benefits of drinking coffee:
  • Coffee may help you focus and stay alert: Moderate caffeine intake, 1-6 cups a day, helps you focus and improves your mental alertness.
  • Coffee helps you burn fat: Caffeine helps fat cells break down body fat and use it as fuel for training.
  • Coffee reduces risk of Parkinson’s disease: There’s evidence that coffee causes activity in the part of the brain affected by Parkinson’s. Main point 3: Drawbacks of drinking coffee:
  • Lack of sleep: Drinking too much coffee can lead to sleep difficulty
  • Coffee can linked to increase in stress levels
  • Dehydration: If you drink too much coffee, you will feel thirstily. Main point 4: Conclusion
  • As with coffee benefits, there are many potential negatives associated with drinking coffee
  • A drink that can make you more sociable, help you earn for your exams, or tingle your olfactory, coffee is truly an emotion. However, too much of a good thing can never be good.

1. Topic: The negative effects of smoking on our health 2. How many main points : 3 main parts: Introduction In VN and other places, many people might be aware that smoking might be aware that smoking can harm their health, particularly associating smoking with lung cancer and respiratory diseases. Body has 2 partsMain point 1. What are the health risks of smoking?

  • Smoking brings it more than 5000 chemical substances into contact with the body’s tissues.
  • You can become ill:  if you smoke yourself  if people around you smoke (passive smoking)
  • Lead to a variety of ongoing complication in the body such as loss of smell, bronchitis and emphysema, heart attacks, damaged eyesight, weakened bones and so on.
  • It makes it harder for women to get pregnant. And in men, it cause erectile dysfunction. Smoking causes around 7 out of every 10 cases of lung cancer (70%). It also causes cancer in many other parts of the body, including the: mouth, throat, nose, sinus, esophagus, bladder, stomach, ureteral,…  Main point 2. How we benefit physically when we finally give up smoking: Lecturer’s grade 2,
  • High does: drunkenness, unconsciousness and death
  • Long does: increase risk and cancer rate
  • Effects of alcohol on the body: heart disease, brain damage, stomach complications, liver damage, lung infections, weakened immune system,…  Conclusion:
  • Moderate amounts have been linked to health benefits. - It is addictive and high toxic (drink too much and long-term).
  • The negative effects of alcoholic drink on our health depend on the amount and type of alcohol consumed. My questions: In some countries like the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea,... they ban the sale of alcohol to people under 18. The shop can check your ID to determine if you're old enough. If businesses are found to be selling alcohol to people under 18, they will be fined. But regulations on banning alcohol sales to people under 18 years old in Vietnam are not strict. What do you think about this issue?
  • Between drinking alcohol and smoking, which is more dangerous?

Main point 2: The reason why a family falls apart 6 popular reasons:

  • Adultery is the most common reason, it may lead to divorce
  • Disrespectfulness: both live under a roof, respect is necessary thing
  • Work and family pressure and family economic burden create stress for both
  • Family violence
  • Married at a young age Main point 3. Consequences
    • Termination of a husband and wife relationship before the law
    • Risk of boredom, despair, depression, reduced life expectancy

Conclusion: A shattered family will probably bring a free life to the husband or wife, but it will leave a lot of bad consequences, especially children. Therefore, parents should consider carefully to avoid bad consequences for themselves and their children. My questions : - How to make family always in harmony.

The origin of notion that men make houses and women make homes - For a long time, men have been seen as the family’s leader, uniting the many elements and women will take up the kitchen, housework, and assist their children in studies. - The husband will establish a profession and aim for fame and fortune but the wife will simply have to worry about taking care of her family. Main point 2. Innovation in the roles of women and men in the family In reality, life has demonstrated that happiness and home in the family are formed by both of them. Nowadays, modern women are capable of taking on significant responsibilities, and men can take care of the household chores. An example about Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, the president of Sovico Holdings as well as the General Director of Vietjet Air, is VN’s second billionaire, one of the VN’ powerful woman. Conclucion
