2.4 Necessities

  • Since this is a web-based system, this will require the operating environment for both client and server. Suggested browsers are Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Firefox.
  • An internet connection is necessary for this system.
  • The customers and sellers must have basic knowledge of computers.
  • Each users and sellers must have their IDs and passwords.
  1. Types of Users o Admin/Developer o Brand Owners o Resellers o Customers

3.1 Admin/Developer

  • Admin will be able to upgrade the website and read feedbacks about the website.
  • Admin is allow to ban or take down the inappropriate or non-related topics that Brand Owners and Resellers Upload.
  • Admin is responsible for the breakdowns and errors happen to the website.

3.2 Brand Owners

  • They need to sign in as a brand owner to be able to sell in website.
  • They can upload sneakers that they sell onto the website.
  • They can change how many stock that is available for the sneaker model.
  • They can also interact with the customers who want to buy their product.
  • They can look at the customers address or payment details.
  • They can also ask the customer to bid to get the limited product that is rare in the sneaker marketplace.

o Payments In this system, we allow any kind of payment within this country, such as cash on delivery, credit card, debit card etc. However, if the customer is oversea we will only allow visa card payment. o Provide Customer Support The system will offer online help, customer support and a sitemap options to assist customers. The users can choose the kind of help they need on the system. All sellers and buyers are allow to report the admin about errors, dysfunctions, problems, etc.

4.2 Non-Functional Requirements

o Performance The product must be operate through a web server. The initial loading time of the product relies on the quality of the internet connection. The performance will rely on the customer’s hardware components. o Data Transfer The system will make sure all the data transactions and customer’s confidential information are secure and save. The system will automatically terminate the logins of all customers who remain inactive for a certain period to time. o Reliability This system is designed to facilitate if the storage of all the databases on multiple computers with automatic switchover. The reliability of the entire program is depends on the accuracy and trustworthiness of the individual components. The system’s dependability highly rests on the continuous maintenance and updating of the database backup to ensure its latest changes.

5. Interface Requirements

 Login This system will have two necessary spaces to fill in “User Name” and “Password”. There will be options to create “New User Registration” and a “Forgot Password” in case of user forget the password. If the user type the right password, they can access the Main User Interface but if they type the wrong password, they will see an error message.  Registration To use this website, users have to give their personal information like their name, username, password, birth date, address and registration type. The website will warn users if they make any mistakes when they enter their information. When the user click the “save” button, the website will check if someone else already has the same email address and tell you if you need to choose a different one.  Personal Data Editing If any user want to change their personal information, they can change it by going to their profile and click on their name of the main page. Then they can edit their personal details.  Search Box The customer can type in what they’re looking for and what they want it to have. Then they can just click on “Search”. Users can use advanced search for more optional filters. The user can choose to show only certain products by using filters like size, color, material and brand. They can also change how the products are shown based on what they want to see.  Cart and Wish list There will be a place called cart for the customers to store the things they want to buy. Before buying, the person can also delete products from their shopping cart. Once the user chooses to buy the items in their cart, they are taken to the payment page to make a payment. As for wish list, the users can arrange their favorite items as a list that they can save to buy later on.
