The Sequence of Connections We believe that we are all created equal and each one of us has a role in this world. The existence of each and every being, from the sun to plants to animals to humans, plays an important role on how the world is. As humans, we tend to explore and enhance whatever it is that God has created, and unknowingly, we build patterns that made us all connected. But what most of us don’t know that these sequence of connections was created through math. Every move we make, the flight to the moon, the distance we travel, and the age of the stars, all involves math. Many find math hard and boring, as most try to think of it as something that is perfected as long as you can calculate. But what people don’t know is that mathematics is everywhere, from the tiniest dust to the tallest buildings. It does not only involve numbers and formulas and teach us to solve problems; it also helps us to think logically, analytically, and critically. It sharpened our minds to understand the patterns in the world presented to us and the sequence of connections each and every tiny being has in the universe. One of the most fascinating patterns that shows us the interconnectivity we have is the Fibonacci sequence. It is the sequence of numbers that is obtained by adding the two previous numbers. It has this effect on all things God has made, creating unending patterns and building connections. Fibonacci is like a number system for the world, which calculates and models humans, nature, music, and the universe, creates unnoticeable patterns, and builds connections. Everything is made with patterns, which we may or may not see every day. From the petals to the cut apples, and even our universe, we have this fascinating connection that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Humans, nature, and even the unexplored part of the universe are interconnected with each other, created by God’s hand with a common theme marked by His fingerprint. These patterns are made possible by math.
