*Due to an error in the manual, both sets of answers were considered correct.
Before corrections to manual
1. Sally should give the secret message to Thomas Jefferson (2) because the
following object(s) has/have the same charge as B1: B2 and the rubbed comb.
2. The number 2 appears in the top left corner of Ben’s magic square because the
following object(s) is/are insulators: string and tape.
3. The number 1 appears in square A or square B because this is the number that
“black” is ranked when you list the colors from the one that absorbs the most light
to the one that absorbs the least amount of light.

4. The answer found in activity three belongs in square B because lens 2 has a
longer focal length.
