Problem Statements

 (^) Previously people have to visit the restaurant and wait for the food to be ready, every work were paper based, required more employees, also lack of physical copy of menu items.  (^) Not every time possible to visit restaurants or hotel due to increasing busy lifestyles. Also nowadays, labor rate is increasing day by day, it is not possible to maintain all file safely.  (^) Using this app, customer can order the desired food from home anytime anywhere, no needs of more manpower as most of the work is done online, all details are recorded automatically in a database and they can watch menu and order item visually.

Scope

 (^) Administrator can be able to login the system and access the database, view the item, also can add, update and delete item.  (^) Improve the efficiency of the ordering process for both customer and restaurants.  (^) Different payment option are available such as eSewa, khalti.

 (^) With online food ordering app a restaurant and mess menu online can be set up and the customers can easily place order.  (^) Tracking the orders online is easy.  (^) It simplifies the ordering process for both the customers as well as the Restaurants.  (^) The customers can easily navigate to their food items, add to their carts, and select the location (using geolocation).  (^) It maintains customer’s database and improve the food delivery service.
