Has been developed for the computerization of garments purchasing process. The project helps to achieve high response time in purchasing system, ease of stock management and at last the most important advantage is the high productivity of employee. The main modules in this project are
- Raw Material booking - Classification of Raw Material - Purchase of Raw Material - Stock Maintenance - Payment The user operation is divided into two major groups as “Administrator” and “User”. The Users are having only limited rights in the system. They are allowed to access their allocated modules only. For example the user who is allocated to the stock department can’t access the payment and others so it prevent the unwanted modifications. The Administrator is fully authorized for all modification and system installations Administrator fully control all users and their modules. He can able to modify the user access rights also
The Fashion Flash system would be developed using the following tools and technologies: Microsoft Windows 7 or above Operating System Adobe Dreamweaver 17 Warm Server Microsoft Visio Professional Hardware Requirements of Garment shop management System project Pentium 4 or above processor, RAM 512MB or above, 20GB or above hard to be used as Software Requirements of Garment shop management System project Different software will be used for the making of this system (GUI) i.e. PHP (Personal Home Page), MYSQL (My Structured Query Language), HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS (cascading style sheets), JS (JavaScript), etc.
In the proposed system, the customer gets all the type of information about purchasing of garments In the proposed system the user simply select the product and get the full information about products. And also get the information about the product stock, payment and booking of raw materials through the computer.
- It is user friendly - Speed and effective information retrieval - Reducing the hard work - Saves lot of time - Global access - Get quality product In the proposed system, since all activities are computerized, it takes lee time for processing the information system and global access is the main features of the proposed system.
