What should I do first?
Connect you r USATestprep accoun t to Google. Under y our name menu at the top of
the page, g o to "My Account" an d click the "Sign in with Google" button to
authenticat e and connect your G oogle account.
How do I im port my Google Class room courses?
If you do n ot have any USATestp rep classes already, click the "Import f rom Google
Classroom" link on your Classes tab. Select whichev er courses you want to create
in USATestp rep. After you've im ported those courses , you'll need to go to the Class
Management page for each class to add associated te sts (subject areas) and
students.
What if I a lready have existing classes in USATestp rep?
All you nee d to do is connect y our USATestprep clas s with the correspon ding
course in G oogle Classroom. Go to the Class Managem ent page for a class you
want to con nect, then click the "Connect to Google Classroom" link. Sel ect the
correspondi ng course in Google Classroom, and your USATestprep class na me will
update to m atch the course name in Google Classroom .
How do I ad d assignments in Goo gle Classroom?
If you're c reating a new assign ment, select Yes for "Add to Google Clas sroom" in
step 1. Thi s will post the assi gnment in Google Cla ssroom for any class es that are
connected ( indicated by the Goo gle Classroom icon).
How do I ad d an existing USATes tprep assignment to Google Classroom?
Within your Assignments tab, go to the Settings ico n for any existing a ssignment
that is cur rently active (not p ast due). Change the "Add to Google Clas sroom"
setting to Yes, then save your changes at the very bottom.
