Honesty has been linked to less fatigue, depression, and anxiety. Another important strength is persistence. It produces inner confidence so a person continues to work for his

goals on without being greatly affected by what others think of them or, being understood, or being appreciated by those around them. They focus on their objectives with great emotion and energy. Persistent people have the ability to adjust and adapt their action plan. They do not stubbornly persist in the face of evidence that their plan is not working, but look for better ways that will increase their chances of success. On the other hand, kindness is another unique strength which I possess. It reduces stress and boost happiness in a person. It releases feel-good hormones increases emotional resilience. As kindness is contagious it continues to spread around the world. Even a small act of kindness initiates a chain reaction of such acts which terminates at the one who started it. Conclusively, all good character virtues make one different from other people around him.
