Publication of Vacant Position Vacant Position/s should be published and posted in a three (3) conspicuous places for a period of at least 15 calendar days per RA 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 The ORAOHRA extended the validity of a publication from six months to nine months, and in case no appointment is issues within the nine month period, the agency has to re- post the vacancy
