International Pharmacy Degrees: Self-Evaluation Framework for Overseas Pharmacists, Slides of Pharmacy

A self-evaluation form for overseas pharmacists to assess the equivalence of their qualifications to a UK bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. If your pharmacy qualification is assessed as less than equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree in pharmacy,
use this form to carry out an assessment of the syllabus of the degree that you studied. Submit this form
and syllabus with your application for eligibility to complete an Overseas Pharmacists Assessment
Programme (OSPAP).
We will check the information you provide and send it to the university/ies where you want to study
your OSPAP course. The university will use this to decide to offer you a place. They may ask you to
provide additional information directly to them, to support your application to join their course.
In section 1 -3, for each area, show if it is covered in your qualification syllabus by adding ‘Y’ if it is, or ‘N’
if not, in the ‘Covered’ column. If it is, fill in the details of the part of the syllabus that relates to that
area. In section 4, please give details of the course(s) you have taken to learn about these UK
competencies. Leave the last column blank in all sections.
