VI. Course Objectives:
General Objective: At the end of the course, the students should be able
1. Explain important concepts in program planning and evaluation and differentiate
between monitoring and evaluation.
2. Explain community survey as a research tool in generating necessary information for
development planning in the community.
3. Discuss the process of preparing focused questions based on identified problem(s),
4. Perform community survey to be able to gather baseline data in the community,
analyse and interpret community problems and generate implications for program
planning.
5. Construct and conduct training proposal as inputs to community planning.
6. Discuss the factors considered in program planning and apply the principles of
program planning in practical community settings.
7. Develop values on cooperation, responsibility and appreciation of one’s work.

  1. College rules on attendance and proper decorum will strictly enforced.
  2. A student is considered late when she/he comes to class 15 minute after the start of the class.
  3. Wearing of ID and prescribed uniform is a must.
  4. Male students are expected to have a proper haircut and no wearing of earring.
