STORED ROUTINES

1. Create a stored procedure in that a user passes a

number through IN parameter and make a sum of even

numbers between 1 and that particular number.

▪ Open MySQL workbench.

▪ Then connect database.

▪ Select create new schema in the connected server.

▪ Then select store procedure. ▪ Double click and select create new procedure. ▪ Then write code.

2. Create a Product Table and insert at least 5 records in it. product (product id, product code , product name, description, unit price). ▪ Select schema. ▪ Select table and double click then select create table. ▪ Click apply. ▪ Click finish. ▪ Then insert row in table product.

▪ Open command line Unicode.

b) Create Procedure to display the highest price among all the products.

(Use OUT parameter).

▪ Open command line Unicode.

c) create a stored routine for counting all product types.

▪ Open command line Unicode.

f) Write a command to drop a Function.
