Benign: * Angioma or adenoma: rare . * Villous papilloma: characterized by: e Villous adenoma originating in the urinary tract is a rare condition . e Usually occur in the urinary bladder and rarely occur in the renal pelvis or ureter due to intestinal metaplasia occurring in the uroepithelium. e This condition is commonly associated with urolithiasis , chronic infection and muconephrosis. e Spread by surface implantation e Tendency for recurrence in ureter & bladder e Treated by nephroureterectomy.
