This workout helps me to meet my goals. I´ve always been a very athletic girl that loved to
workout especially doing cardio. There are some things I do to keep myself healthy such as
running and walking every single day. I don´t like to be a very muscular person that´s why I do
most of my exercises with low weight dumbbells. I like to keep my legs and arms enhanced, and
have an enhanced body shape in general.
