Wages
1. Minimum Wages Act, 1948

2. Payment of Wages Act, 1936
a. The payment should be on time and shouldn’t be delayed.
b. The payment should be justified.
c. And also the deduction must be justified.
3. Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
a. The bonus should be of minimum 8.33% and maximum 20% of the
salary.
