 Generic format for documenting the use case:  Pre condition: The information about the courses has to be available.  Use case : Enroll Courses  Actors : Student  Purpose : Student can check the courses and enroll in them.  Overview : Enrollment  Type : Primary  Post condition: If the student is enrolled then he can download the lectures  Typical Course of Events:  ACTOR ACTION: Student will download lectures!  SYSTEM RESPONSE: When Student logins all the enrolled subject opens

Check Award Lists  Generic format for documenting the use case:  Pre condition: Papers should be marked.  Use case : Check Award Lists  Actors : Students  Purpose : Student can check the marks of the corresponding subjects  Overview : Checking Award lists  Type : Secondary  Post condition: If student has given the paper he can check his marks.And see if their marks are correct.  Typical Course of Events:  ACTOR ACTION: Student can check his marks!  SYSTEM RESPONSE: When student logins Award list is available.
