A supported development which incurred an annual increase :

- 3.5 billion € at the end of 2006 ( contribution GDP > 6.5% )
- Export Turnover : 200 Millions € end 2006 (6 %)
Employees
- 42000 persons (0,5 % of the active population)
1 500 operators (+ 50 % since 2004)
- Domination of the telecom branch > 70% Turnover of the sector
- Domination of SME 50% having below ten employees , Only 11% have more than 25 wage-earners
Training in IT has become by itself a whole branch of activity :

Graduates number ( > Bac + 4 ) will triple by 2010
