Chemistry

Everything around us is made up of matter. The air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, the clothes we wear, and even our body are all forms of matter. Matter is anything that has mass and occupies space. Matter exists in different forms and can change from one form to another under certain conditions. Matter is made up of very small particles. These particles are so tiny that they cannot be seen with the naked eye. Scientists discovered that these particles are always moving, have spaces between them, and attract each other. Because of this, matter can exist in different states such as solid, liquid, and gas.
