soldier as an ordinary citizen.

opportunities in life and equal protection from the government.
__Enemies of the State____________8. Those who violate the sovereignty, resort to
violence, shall not accept the supremacy of civilian authority, dismember the country, engage
in organized crimes, and organize the populace for the purpose of alienating their allegiance
from the state are the enemy of the state.
