2. The research scientists will search information using books (like Learner's Manual and encyclopedia), e-books and/ or internet
about typhoon covering the following main topics (1) how typhoons develop (2) why the Philippines is prone to typhoons; (3)
explain how landmasses and bodies of water affect typhoons (4) trace the path of typhoons that enter the Philippine Area of
Responsibility (PAR) using a map and tracking data (5) precautionary measures during typhoons and (6) evacuation procedures
during typhoons. They may or may not collaborate on line.
3. The scientists will make sure that the researches made are summarized in bullet forms and proper citation of sources are
implemented.
4. They will turn over their research through e-mail to their DRR chairman.
5. The information gathered about typhoon will be converted into powerpoint presentation by the Public Information Group
