When I came across Broad River boutique((2) Broad River Boutique | Facebook) it wasn’t
because I was searching for it was because it popped up on my facebook as a possible like of
mine. I quickly saw it was something I wanted to like and share as it was clothing and boutique
items of my liking, and she had a small shop in town. Come to find out I knew the owner. Hope
Shaw is someone I knew from the school system from where my children attended, I did not
know she had ventured out on her own to become a business owner. Looking over her business
page I noticed many things as a business owner myself and knowing things about branding my
eyes went to, she is about family, faith and she is southern. Hope also is all about shopping local
and supports her community. Being in the south and seeing some of the items she produced I just
knew she was going to be successful in in the community. Hope wanted to specifically reach the
younger adults and middle-aged women who loved shopping boutique style clothing and items.
