3. The counsel is appearing before the court in the matter of State of Maharashtra v.
Mr. J.S.Rana, on behalf of the Appellant (State of Maharashtra). The appellant (State
of Maharashtra) in the present case has approached the honourable court sessions to
initiate his appeal under article/section 396 read with section 302 of the Indian penal
code,1860.
{Section 396 - If any one of five or more persons, who are conjointly committing
dacoity, commits murder in so committing dacoity, every one of those persons shall
be punished with death, or imprisonment for life, or rigorous imprisonment for a term
which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
Section 302 - IPC Section 302 talks about “Punishment for murder.” It says —Whoever
commits murder shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life, and shall also
be liable to fine.}
4. The counsel is appearing before the court in the matter of State of Maharashtra v. Mr.
J.S.Rana, on behalf of the Respondents/Defendant (Mr. J. S. Rana) in response to the
petition/appeal filed by the appellant (State of Maharashtra) to the honourable court
sessions to initiate his appeal under article/section 396 read with section 302 of the
Indian penal code,1860.
5. Your lordship there are two main issues involved in the present case.

  7. The counsel is appearing before the court in the matter of State of Mr. Kishore Patil v/s. DR. Sonali Agarwal & DR. Shivam Shah on behalf of the Appellant ( Mr. Kishore Patil ). The appellant ( Mr. Kishore Patil ) in the present case has approached the honourable court of consumer disputes redressal forum to initiate his appeal under article 32 & 136 of Indian constitution, Consumer protection act 1986 & National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. { Article 32 - Article 32 of the Indian Constitution gives the right to individuals to move to the Supreme Court to seek justice when they feel that their right has been 'unduly deprived Article 136 - Article 136 deals with the special leave to appeal by the Supreme court. It means that the Supreme Court is authorised to grant in its discretion special leave to appeal from any judgement in any matter passed by any court or tribunal in the territory of India (except military tribunal and court-martial)}
