Benchmark—Gospel Essentials Gospel Essential Beliefs Nature of God To me the nature of God is how we came to exist. God is the almighty maker of Heaven and Earth both and has the power to also take them away from us if he deems that it is necessary to do so. The sole reason we are here is to take care of the earth that was created for us to live on. We are made in his eyes as to what he believes what human beings should be. Even though we do fall apart from time to time and need extra guidance from him. He is the perfect being that will always be here with us even if we cannot tell that he is here. God has infinite power within the universe, but chooses not to use it, or uses it in ways that are imperceptible to us. He sent his Son here to us to pay for our sins and to teach us the way to live. I choose to believe that God knows everything that does happen around us and he tries to stop it all but when we allow Satan to have a bigger part in our lives, he cannot always save us from ourselves. Nature of Humanity Nature of Humanity encloses everything that makes us who we are. From what makes us happy all the way to what makes us angry. I think to begin with when we are born, we are a clean whiteboard. While we grow up, we learn how to act in life from the people around us. It can either be right or wrong ways in life that our taught to us, but we have the choice to continue those life patterns when we become of age and are no longer in the household that we were mentioned in. I choose to believe that the more that we learn in life from traumatic events and how we choose to act on those shapes us in our lives as well. Religion also helps our humanity a lot as well, there are several different religions in the world and each religion holds their followers to certain guidelines in life. The cultures that we live in have an even bigger role to

had the fire of 2016 the area that did burn was not how it use to be it was not lush with life anymore but instead with buildings, I choose to see that was God trying to restore this area back to how he had it before we destroyed it to make more stores that were selling the same thing all up and down the strip. Christian Foundations There are six foundational doctrines of Christianity that we have learned repentance, faith, baptism, laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgement. We learned that repentance is essential for us to be strong Christians, and that repentance is in what layperson terms would be to me is our consensus on what we have done in the past and how we feel about it. Our repentance is how we change whatever we have done to make it better and how we should act on it. Faith to me is the most important doctrine that we have as Christians, if we did not have our faith what exactly would we have to believe in. Faith is what keeps most of us going when we feel like just admitting defeat. Baptism is where we wash away all our sins and emerge as new Christians who have chosen to fully accept Jesus Christ into our hearts as our lord and savior, I do have one other believe on baptism where it may not align with everyone else, but I think we can be baptized several times in life when we fall in our faith. Laying on hands is how we invoke the Holy Spirit into our lives, and have it become a part of our spiritual journey, it is also how healers do their healing, when they lay their hand on you that Holy Spirit goes through you. Resurrection is the promise that Jesus Christ will come back to us one day like he already did when he was put on that Cross. Our eternal judgement to me is when we get to the gates of Heaven, and we have our choice to make where we should be. Analysis of the Implications of the Christian Worldview

Christian worldview has a large entanglement of views from identity all the way to a person’s value. Christian worldview can provide someone with a sense of purpose in their life. They could just need that one thing to keep going in life and that could be their religion that keeps them going in life. Christian worldview can help us for our ethics in life so that we try and live the right way. It provides us our history on how we came to be here and everything that God has done for us. It helps us feel confident and gives us hope by knowing that we have God here with us and choosing us over anything else in the world. It can provide people stability in their lives that may be recovering from addiction issues or who are leaving situations that have taken a toll on their mentality. Christian Worldview may sometimes seem like it is not that large but when you sit back and look at everything that it has done for us, we can see the larger picture and realize where we would be without it in our lives. This also makes us want to share our Faith with people around us so that can see how amazing God is. Conclusion We spend our lives so busy in the hustle and bustle of everything around us that we take for granted everything that God has done for us. After drafting this paper, I now see how tremendously important my worldview is to me and how much I want to share it with everyone. We learned the Christian doctrines and how they are important to us. We learn that God is here trying to restore his earth to how it was when he left it to us. From how God started the earth and gave us Jesus to die to our sins to how our faith can better us as human beings. It teaches us how to be better Christians and how God created the earth for us to live. Christian Worldview is the staple for our religion and should always be taught so that we can always stay true to our Faith.
