last?
First phase: period of reactivity, begins with birth and last about 30
mins, infant is awake, active, alert, energetical move arms and legs.
Best time for breast feeding and skin to skin contact.
Period of Sleep or Decrease activity: infant become quiet, and
falls into deep sleep last about 60-100 mins
Second Period: last about 4-6 hours alert and interested in
feeding

The Apagr score would be done, suction of secretions, breast
feeding, and skin to skin contact.
