o Follower the person who contributes to a group's outcomes by implementing activities and

o Nonmaleficence nurse’s obligation to avoid causing harm to the client
o Autonomy ability of client to make personal decisions, even when those decisions may not be in
client’s own best interest
o Justice fair treatment in matters related to physical and psychosocial care and use of resources
o Accountability expectation of explaining actions and results
o Veracity nurse’s duty to tell the truth
