1. What is the difference between organizing and controlling?
The difference of it is the organizing is an establishment that is effective authority that
has a relationship among selected work. Also, organizing help us to move better in a one place
and is important to lessen the mess in a work. While the controlling it is the person who
determine the behavior or supervise the work of a team. Controlling is the one who will give you
an instruction on what are you going to do.
2. What is the most important planning skill based on your opinion and list all skills
important for planning?
The most important planning skills for me are:
To be united
To listen to each other opinion or idea
Be patience
Knowledge and lastly is the,
Relationship building
3. Why is planning and organizing is important?
Planning and organizing is important to have a better output or outcome on something
that you are doing or what do you want to do. Planning is important because it is involving the
decision making and also it will help the process of the desired goals. Organizing is important
because it is help us to increase the productivity and to keeping the organized and you can save
time looking for some things because you organize it very well.

4. What function does organizing serve? The function of the organizing is it has the three resources, which is the synchronization and combination of human, physical and financial resources. It is the function of the management also. 5. How does staffing differ from planning and organizing? The staff differ from the planning and organizing because the staffing is the one that function the management, and it can be seen that it is familiar or closely related to the organizing. It is the support and advance these goals and also it is concerned with the manning various. 6. What comes first between the policy and strategy? For me policy comes first. Because policy is the set of common rules and regulation that is form as a base to take a day decision. Also, policy guides a step to be taken and to make inspiration to better organize step to achieve your specific goals that you have. Then you`ll the strategy that you have. Do it step by step to reach your goals.
