animal. A new log is required for each skill and must include each animal that is handled.
Students unvaccinated for rabies:
These students may only handle and work with animals that have been proven to be fully vaccinated
against rabies. This includes dogs, cats, food, and fiber species. Proof of rabies vaccine must be
included with the patient use log.
Students fully vaccinated for rabies:
These students do not need to fill in the patient’s rabies information on the log.
