While pursuing substantive goals such as deliverables, parameters, and price points are paramount, savvy professionals understand the importance of cultivating long-term relationships with counterparts. How effectively does your team or workgroup value and incorporate the contributions from people who may be from “a different culture” rather than unconsciously ignoring or rejecting them?
