MUSCLE STRENGTH

Cutting down a bamboo tree- exert force in muscle and use our strength in order to properly take down a tree.

DYNAMIC BALANCE

Riding a motorcycle- maintaining a proper balance in a moving object or while moving it.

STATIC BALANCE

Reaching an object- maintain the balance of the body in a fixed position.

CARDIO RESPIRATORY ENDURANCE

Walking- is a form of exercise in order to strengthen your bones and boost your muscle strength and increase your heart rate.

COORDINATION

Basketball- ability of using your eye and hand in catching and throwing a ball.

REACTION TIME

Badminton- is the speed of reacting on hitting a fast-moving shuttlecock in a small amount of time.

SPEED

Cycling- the capacity to perform a successive movement at a fast rate in a minimum time.

AGILITY

Running- the ability to move rapidly and change body positions efficiently while under control.
